Programme Board	Member portfolio holders and senior officers responsible for customer service and access from each partner authority. Representative from WACE - Chief Executive, Rugby Borough Council Chair, Member Portfolio holder, Stratford-on-Avon District Council WDP Programme Manager.	Quarterly
Steering Group	Senior officers from each partner authority. Chair, WDP Programme Manager	Every four weeks
Programme Office	WDP Programme Manager WDP Process Manager WDP Technical Manager
