Here are the Warwickshire Direct Partnership Programme Office team members.

1.  Tony Isaacs
1. Tony Isaacs
Programme Manager
Tony joined WOLP as Programme Manager in August, 2004 from Gloucestershire County Council where he was e-Government Manager.

Prior to that he had worked for a major ICT consultancy and had a number of key successes - programme managing the development of the IDeA Knowledge website, being a member of the Project Office for Goldman Sachs in New York for their largest project in 2000.

Tony has had experience of working for a number of blue chip companies including British Aerospace, Courage and, within the financial services arena, Allied Dunbar and Zurich Financial Services.


2. Gill Page
Process Manager
Gill joined WOLP in February 2005 and is working with the joint contact centre initiative to improve and align processes across the partnership.

Gill is leading on the Partnership's ground-breaking capacity building project for which WOLP has received a grant of £150,000 from the ODPM. This project seeks to provide senior managers across the Partnership with change management skills.

Before joining WOLP, Gill was working in Customer Services within Warwick District Council, where she was responsible for developing and implementing one stop shops and contact centres. She brings to WOLP many years experience of partnership working within Warwickshire.

3.  Martin Court

Technical Manager
Joining WOLP in June 2005 Martin is responsible for the technical direction of the Partnership.

Initial projects he is managing include upgrading the Northgate Front Office CRM application to version 2.1 and migrating network provision to Warwickshire County Council's own network infrastructure.

Previously, Martin was Directorate ICT Manager for Neighbourhood Services at South Tyneside Council where he was responsible for implementing a number of new line of business applications including integration between back office systems and CRM.

Martin has also held network and IT management roles at various commercial organisations.
